This dress is plain, very late 80's early 90's and just boring. So I decided to "Cameoize" and turn the dress into something amazing!  In order to get my creative juices flowing, I decided to come up with a Challenge for myself. 

 

SO I thought if I were going out on an important date, function or occassion and this is the ONLY dress I could wear...how would I style it? I say Style is because another part of my challendge was that I could NOT SEW any part of the dress.  I would only make alterations using scissors or safety pens.  So I ended using:  Scissors, Bleach, and Safety Pens.
