This dress is a halter dress with floral print and It is made by Express. I really thought this dress made chic high end look to it, it's the perfect dress to wear to wedding, graduation or lunch with friends.  Since this dress is halter I added a the blue jean shirt so that I could wear the dress to work. I kinda like it with the shirt...what do you think?
