Today's OOTD is a salute to the street I grew up on Hays Ave (explains hat) in Jackson TN. I added a plaid halter dress, with a black scoop neck shirt underneath. I also added black lace tights (Charotte Russe) and black lace up boots (Guess) to add a little edge to the look & compliment the Hays hat. I really like the way this look came together ...what do you think?
