OOTD - The Blue Dress
About a month ago I found this dress at Goodwill for under $6! I liked the dress because of the color (blue is in this season) and also because it was a DIY dress (I could tell by the inside seams and lack of labels). So as always I was up to the challenge of seeing how I could Style this Dress to Perfection!
