A great place to spend a Sunday afternoon is Long Hunter State Park. This State Park is located at 2910 Hobson Pike, Hermitage, TN 37076; situated along the shore of J. Percy Priest
Lake. This park offers: picnicking, swimming, hiking, backpacking,
boating, fishing, nature photography, wildlife observation and more! This was my first visit to the park and I absolutely loved every second of my experience. If you are looking for a calm, peaceful, nature-filled atmosphere that offers you a sense of seclusion this is the place for you! I can't wait to spend my next Sunday evening here picnicking and napping on my blanket lol.
