This past weekend I spent my Saturday in the Gulch. The Gulch (http://www.explorethegulch.com/about ) is located between downtown and Music Row. This area offers residential living, shopping, dining, nightlife and much more.  The area is still being developed but already offers a broad variety of stores and restaurants with easy parking (street and parking garage).

During my visit to the Gulch, I decided to shop at Two Old Hippes (http://www.twooldhippies.com/visit-nashville ). If you haven't been to this store it is a must go! It is located on the corner right of 12th South, next to Urban Outfitters.  The store is over 8,000 square feet and has a rock/country/vintage atmosphere wrapped together in one.  It features a stage area for musical performances (there was actually a band performing while I shopped Saturday) and a guitar room called "The Vault".  My friend and I really enjoyed our time there reading the vanity magnets (which were hilarious), looking through the jewelry and boot collections and admiring the glittery guitars!

I love the tribal feel of this sliver necklace.  A perfect statement piece for the summer!
