Hi Everyone-  Welcome to the Style Meets Perfection Blog! The First day of Spring is finally only 10 days away! I am so excited about the new season and time change that I decided to start up something FRESH, a blog! :-)  Join me for this journey into all thing fashion and whatever else is making me tick at a certain time.  As of now the count down to Spring has begun so here's a style guide that will give you a GO on this season's trends and lastest styles!

2011 SPRING/SUMMER FASHION TRENDS

WIDE LEGGED PANTS
              
High-waist, wide-legged or flare legged trousers are in for Spring.  This trend will look great on many shapes, especially my "pear shaped" ladies (ones with a small waist but rounder bottom area).  Don't know what shape you are?  Check back next week for my rundown on Body Shapes

PAJAMA DRESSING

Pajamas...why not?  Pull out those satin pajamas pants and match them up with your favorite pair of flats, a tank top and maybe a blazer, for a comfy look!  Clothing that resembles your "nighties" will be on the rack s this season...not sure if it will work for me, but I may give it a try! BOLD COLOR - This season look for solid bold color dresses, skirts or jackets in orange, red, yellow or even tourquoise. *Style tip: Colors help you look healthier and happier  SO where color this season. 

MIXED PRINTS- Not only are prints in this season but the mixing of prints.  Try placing the boldest print on the bottom to even out the mixed prints look.

OTHER TRENDS:  Full skirts, Blue jean tops, pants or dresses
